The leadership team
Rob Beaumont
Rob came to faith at university in July 1976 just prior to marrying Viv. A few weeks later he was baptised and filled with the Holy Spirit and soon after sensed a calling to full time ministry. He became a Pastor at Hatfield Christian Church, Pretoria, South Africa in January 1988.
For a few years before moving to UK in January 2003, he started to understand that he was being called by God to "Go to the land he would show me" (Gods call to Abraham). After a process of discerning God's will and getting confirmation, the family moved.
Rob became the Pastor of the Stoughton congregation of Guildford Baptist Church in December 2003. The Congregation became New Life Baptist Church in November 2005. He is passionate about the development of people in their ministry and gifting.
Rob and Viv have four adult daughters and they became naturalised British Citizens in May 2009.
Rob loves travelling, walking, cycling and going to the gym.
